The Lauder Home is located in an established, quiet residential area. On the main level there is a large living room where there is a TV, stereo and video game system. Adjacent to the living room there is a large dining room and a bathroom off of the hallway leading to the kitchen. An office is next to the kitchen along with a pair of doors leading to a patio in the backyard. The upstairs level has the personal space for the Care Provider – a bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement there is a large recreation room and a bathroom. This adolescent girl home has three bedrooms for up to 6 children or youth.
Amenities: There are several parks and playgrounds nearby. There is an outdoor swimming pool, library, basketball, archery school, and recreation centers are readily available. Lauder house has access to a Behavioural classroom in addition to many other alternative school environments in addition to many schools in the area. There are clinical services in addition to Cultural and First Nations centers.
Trudy Rd. house is a large detached home. On the main level there is a large living room with amenities for the children and youth to engage in. Off the living room there is a dining room area with a set of patio doors which leads to a large fenced in yard. There is a lot of room for children to spend time outside. There is also large patio dining set. Back in the dining room there is a large eat in kitchen with a small 2 piece bathroom, as well as a bedroom for the care provider. The basement has a large recreation room with a TV, board games, desk, and several books. There is also a large staff office. On this level there is also a laundry room and large storage room as well a 4 piece bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms for 6 youth in the home.
Amenities: The home is located in a great well established neighborhood with an abundance of schools, hospital a few mins away as well as a number of recreation centers. There are several recreational centers within the area which offer several programs such as swimming, soccer, karate, baseball and basketball. There is a library within walking distance, Fairview Library. There is also a skateboard park at Leslie and Cummer Ave. as well as the YMCA at Sheppard and Don Mills Rd.
The residence at Karen Rd in North York is a beautifully landscaped split bungalow with a brick exterior and fenced back yard located just off the Down Valley Parkway south of the 401. The residence sits on a corner lot and has a one and half car attached garage. When entering the house from the front door, the front entrance leads to a living room, dining room and kitchen. Steeles Ave. Residence
The home is located in an established, quiet residential area. This home has three bedrooms for 6 children. On the upstairs level there is a large master bedroom and ensuite for the Care Provider’s personal space. On the same level there is a 3 piece bathroom for the children. There are 3 bedrooms down the hall. On the main level there is a large living room where there is a TV, stereo and video game system. Adjacent to the living room there is a large dining room. There is a bathroom off of the hallway to the downstairs. Outside the bathroom there are the laundry facilities. There is also a good size kitchen. The staff office is beside the kitchen. There is a set of patio doors which lead to a large backyard. Living space- dining room, kitchen and office as well as a bathroom and laundry room on the main floor. In the basement there is another 3 piece bathroom for staff and a large recreation room. There are 3 other bedrooms in the basement which are currently used for storage. Resident bedrooms are all located on the second floor.

There are numerous elementary schools in the area, several that are in walking distance, 3 Montessori schools as well as 2 High schools 1 catholic which is an ARTS school and a newly developed public high school. Both of these school are in walking distance. Next to the GO station there are plans for a 92-acre Mega Mall. There are several recreation centers in the area, shopping malls and libraries. Brampton Civic hospital is the main Brampton hospital.
Durham & Area
The home has previously specialized for Family Reunification and Receiving and Assessment for 4 co-ed latency aged youth. It is a mixed-modality, family modeled home. The Care Provider lives in the home and there is a Residential Youth Worker in the home for support.
Dewbourne is a large 4 bedroom home with a big front and back yard. Upon entering the home there is a spacious foyer. Off of the foyer there is an office, a formal dining room, a kitchen with an eat in kitchen, a living room, powder room and laundry room. Off of the kitchen there is a patio door leading to a large deck and back yard. On the second floor there is a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a large family room, bathroom, 2 single bedrooms for the foster children and one share bedroom for two foster children. The shared bedroom also has a two-piece ensuite bathroom. The basement is finished with a kitchen and bathroom but this space will be primarily used for the foster parent’s personal space.
Amenities: Dewbourne residence is located in an established, quiet residential area south of Taunton Road in Whitby. There are several parks and playgrounds nearby and McKinney Community Centre (with a park, splash pad, tennis courts, basketball nets and a skate park) is walking distance from the home. There are several public swimming pools and recreation centers in the area. The home is also near commercial shopping areas and restaurant. There are a number of schools and facilities close to the home.
This 5 bedroom home is a long term mixed modality, family modeled home for 5 co-ed youth. The Care Provider lives in the home and there is a Residential Youth Worker in the home for support. The home is located in Ajax near the lake. On the main floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and laundry room. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with an ensuite for the Care Providers), 2 double rooms and another bedroom and an additional washroom. There is a small but functional, fully-fenced back yard and deck.
Amenities: Public and Catholic schools (elementary and secondary) are in the area. The home is near the library, Community Centers, shopping center, pools, and parks. A hospital and medical clinics are also close by.
This four-bed mixed modality foster home is a large detached suburban home in North Whitby. On the main floor there is a living room, a family room, powder room, kitchen with small eating area, as well as a dining room. The upstairs has a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom for the foster parents, 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms for the foster children and an additional bedroom. There is a finished basement with a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a washroom, a living room and a kitchenette. There is a large backyard and a deck.

Campellford & Area
RR#2 Hastings Residence
This is a mix modality family oriented licensed foster home for four children/youth with staff support. The ages of children range from infant to 17. The Careproviders have a beautiful log home in the country about a five minute drive from the community of Campbellford or Hastings. It is also approximately forty-five minutes from Belleville and thirty minutes from Peterborough. This home is all one level with a loft, it has a nice size kitchen and dining room, children’s recreation room, a two piece bathroom, laundry room, a full piece bathroom and five bedrooms for the foster children/youth as 1 bedroom is a shared room. The home is kept very tidy and clean and the lot is huge for the children/youth to play.
Amenities: The children and youth would attend the local public or catholic elementary school and or the public high school.
The children/youth can play catch, soccer in the back yard. The children/youth have bicycles, skate boards and ice skates. They have a variety of board games, puzzles, books, video games with a huge collection of movies. The children will be accessing the Campbellford Services. There are a number of recreational/clubs options the children can choose from which are: bowling, soccer, baseball, swimming lessons, karate, hockey, figure skating, scouts, cadets, hip hop dance, Westben (musical theatre), Brownies and Guides.
Storey Homes have pediatricians they use in the Campbellford and Peterborough area for monitoring our children/youths’ psychotropic drugs. We can also access a psychiatrist for the clients when needed out of Peterborough.

Kiwanis residence is a large two storey detached home built in 2010 and situated in a newer neighbourhood. The home is beautiful and bright. It is minutes from shopping, recreation, great schools, parks, walking paths, and so much more. The home is well maintained with a spacious entrance way welcomes you to a bright foyer with a walk-in closet. The home is a 2,265 square foot single family home on a 43.96 ‘ x 108.27 acre lot with a brick finish on the front elevation and the remainder of the elevations in vinyl siding. There is a front porch and a deck off of the back of the house. The yard is fully fenced and backs on to the neighbourhood park. The main floor consists of a formal living room, dining room, comfortable family room highlighted by a gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling. Program: Storey Homes has developed this specialized program in collaboration with Ottawa Children’s Aid Society, exclusively for Ottawa CAS’ children and youth. The program offers a short-term and longer-term placement for children and youth primarily between the ages of 10-18, however, referrals will reflect the program’s flexibility as placements will be based on matching children and youths based on developmental needs. All young people must be ambulatory, regardless of their cognitive, emotional, social and/or behavioural needs. Due to the complex needs presented by the referrals, the demands of this type of program are too much for a traditional parent model foster home. We offer a family like environment with the Foster Parent role and full-time Staff support. This allows the Foster Parent the breaks they need to be able to maintain their own healthy lifestyle and still provide a family like environment. This model strikes a balance between providing the youth with consistency and having the caregivers manage their self-care and personal family needs.
The Gwynne residence is a long-term co-ed foster home for 4 clients with staff support. The care providers foster children between the ages of 10-18 years old. The foster home is LGBTQ2+ friendly and foster parents want all youth to have a comfortable home where they feel accepted and understood. The residence is a Spacious Century three story home in the ever so popular Civic Hospital Area. The home is steps away from parks, and shopping, and is also easily accessible to public transportation. The home is mostly all brick, has a two-car driveway, detached garage, a two-story deck and a fenced in yard. The first level consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen. The second level consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third level consists of a shared for 2 youth bed room, a washroom and another bedroom. The basement consists of a laundry room, a bathroom, and a hobby room. The bedrooms have unique floral wallpaper and the house has all hardwood flooring.

The residence is a large two storey family dwelling, situated in a mature neighbourhood in Central South Ottawa. The home is part brick and siding with a wood car port. There are tall hedges along both sides of the home and a large driveway. The property has a large yard in the back which is completely fenced in and surrounded by hedges. The main floor consists of an office, a two piece bathroom, a bedroom with a full bathroom, a laundry room, a door to the back yard and a door to the unfinished basement. Up four steps are the 1st floor which contains a living room, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor contains a full bathroom, 4 bedrooms, and a three piece ensuite bathroom. The Care Provider’s bedroom is on the main level. There are two double rooms and two single rooms on the upper floor.

Turner residence is a 4 bed mixed modality foster home for girls. The Turner home is a two story brick home with a double car garage and double driveway, in the east end suburb of Ottawa. Turner is approximately 1954 square feet located in a quiet neighborhood
Main floor of the home consists of two living rooms, two piece bathroom, large eat in kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a bedroom. Upstairs consists of four bedrooms, two full bathrooms. There is a partly finished basement, a storage area, furnace room and finished office in the basement. The home also has a spacious fenced back yard surrounded by cedar bushes. On the second level, the master bedroom is for the Careproviders. There are three more bedrooms on the second level; a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The bedroom on the first level is a single bedroom.
